The photos below show you exactly how we take the measurement, from armpit to armpit across the front and then double it, this gives you the dimension that we’ve published with each item. These dimensions are all subject to a +/- 0.5 of an inch tolerance.

Perhaps the best thing to do is if you’re unsure take your best fitting jersey or t-shirt and lay it flat out and measure it just like we have, this should give you pretty good idea of what to choose.
